A new collection of songs and tunes from around La Roche-Bernard was launched on 2nd May 2010 with a concert and fest deiz in St Dolay 56, featuring Hervé Dréan, Toure Louis, Mike James and other singers and musicians from the area. This first volume of the five in the series contains 160 songs and tunes for dancing, walking, working, courting or lamenting...

new cd ! rachel goodwin - cd solo piano : this cd is part of a series of recordings of celtic music on different instruments (violin, guitare, melodeon, harp, flute, bombarde and... piano) produced by Co LeLabel and distributed by the coop breizh. a series of launching concerts are planned during the festival "la bogue d'or" in Redon 35 on 24th & 25th october and in st dolay on 13th november.

where ? : in the "salle richelieu" next to the campsite, down by the river in la roche-bernard, southern brittany (between vannes and nantes)... if you don't know the town, it's worth a visit - and while you're there, drop into the workshop !

new workshop this year in le roch, near pontchateau 44 (between la roche-bernard and nantes). this will be on the third thursday of each month. same times. this workshop is organised by the association "les amis de l'irlande" and will cost 24 euros for one year (9 classes).
