this new cd is a collection of 15 more songs collected by hervé in and around la roche-bernard, in the morbihan region of southern brittany - songs for listening, walking, working and dancing... they are a selection from the 500 songs he has collected over the last 30 years in the region and which he has recently published in the first three volumes of his collection "instants de mémoire" (publication musique sauvage).

a varied selection of the finest songs from hervé's collection - ballads, danses, working songs... the concert is a way of thanking all the singers who have passed on their repertoire, bringing them back to life

fest noz

traditional breton dances from Hervé's home region for an evening or afternoon of dancing for all levels of dancers. a dance workshop is also possible to teach the dances. (contact hervé and rachel for details of the danses they teach and play). contact

coureurs de nuit traditional "gallo" songs

traditional songs from the region of "haute bretagne", the part of Brittany nearest to france. hervé has collected a great many songs from his native region of la roche-bernard, on the south coast of morbihan, over the last thirty years. he sings a selection here accompanied by rachel on the piano.
